Now what do these things have in common do you think? Do you disagree with my characterizations? Can you do modify it by using a word or two?
I think what they have in common is UTTA UTTA.(of course my own construct ha ) Now what does utta utta mean? It means UNCOMPROMISING, it means ALWAYS, it means FOCUSED it means to the FULLEST.
There is no doubting, no dabbling no trying this or that, no thinking this or that, it is uncomplicated when you get down to it.
So pick one and run with it. Make it as simple and clear and short as possible. There is your mantra, there is your instructions, there is your changed life.
All coming from me, 25+ years with CFS, none the better, but not giving up and gaining clarity as I go along.

oh man, I always asked myself "what the hell is utta utta" as I wasn't able to find some information about this "approach" in the www. HA HA!

For Ace, I'd say my take on his is more like Utta Utta AFFIRMATIONS.
 But I'm interested in hearing what he or others would say, too!
(BTW did you notice Claire Weekes says on one of her tapes not to worry about taking a few days off? I mean, days off of trying to "do the work" I liked that.)
