I seem to be noticing that my sleep is starting to improve in fits and starts but boy the muscle pain and other symptoms are still hell.

Have others seen these tiny progressions in the early stages. I know sleep is critical to all type of healing as it produces HGH.

This is the only problem I have left. I actually could sleep better at night when I had pain during the day. I never had much pain at night. I have had insomnia all my life, but it tended to get better when I had the TMS. Now that I feel really good, I seem to have gotten my insomnia back. Of course this could also have become part of the TMS strategy when it maybe was not before.
