I have rarely had headaches until the last few days. I have a tender spot on the back of my head (only hurts when I barely touch it and not when I press on it?) and I have that same shooting pain that I used to get in my back, but in the back of my head. I know TMS moves, but has anyone had this experience? I have been at this for over a year and the improvements have been amazing. Just when I thought I was over, it begins anew! This is new to me.

I can relate to that. I am just making healing progress and doing a lot of mental work. I find lately that I have headaches by the end of the day. It is from some form of mental strain, I need to slow down and take a day off from my self-help. I tend to get obsessed with my projects. It is probably just another TMS manifestation caused by tension. I just try to make sure I don't give it a life of it's own by excessive worry, that is how TMS steals our lives.
