Hi Everyone,

This week's podcast deals with the topic of Existential Freedom - the fact that we are fully in charge of our destiny, but with that comes total responsibility to make our future happen. This can cause emotional and physical (TMS/PPD) distress:

http://www.thehealthymind.com/2013/02/06/why-freedom-scares-us-and-why-thats-ok/

This is one of the "ultimate concerns" or key anxieties of existence (along with isolation, meaning and death) from which, in my opinion, all behavior - especially TMS/PPD - originates.

I hope you enjoy the podcast and find it helpful.

Kindly,
Dr. Zafirides
