Posted - 02/01/2013 : 06:32:53 Here's an article I came across while trying to find info about something Dan Millman "THE WARRIOR ATHLETE", wrote about learning to do things with the opposite hand/side/of the brain. It sounds complementary to TMS/recovery--at least it mentions ego a lot and gurus, transcending, etc. and a lot of "Just Doing!"--this may be just coincidental or serendipitous to the arrival of my two new pair of Nike tennis shorts from UPS .
The article sounds good for TMS'ers who need to read about "Just Doing IT!", to help them get off their achy assess prior to "Just Doing It!"
Let me know if it's any good, I'm going back to my segmented sleep and haven't finished reading it.

Posted - 02/01/2013 : 11:27:16 Thanks for the article TT,
While searching for more information on Dan Millman I saw a link to one of his book: http://www.gpnp.net/backshelves.gpnp.net/001%20religious/Dan_Millman_-_Way_of_the_Peaceful_Warrior.pdf
I have never heard of Dan Millman before so I'm going to read his book and see what I can learn from the man. Thanks.

Posted - 02/01/2013 : 10:52:50 Great link, thanks Tom. I really enjoyed the interview and it's timely because I need to raise my game. I remember the paragraph where SteveO talked about 'Just Do It' because it helped me push through some fears. |
