Beat the drum! Hillbilly's words reached me in a way that many haven't so when he mentioned Claire Weekes I paid attention. My mum gave me Self Help for Your Nerves quite a while ago and I didn't read it. Last night I started and I love her. Thanks for the nudge. |

Posted - 01/27/2013 : 09:59:36 this is awareness and for me it was very important. thats how i knew my stressors-then when id catch them -id use my affirmations like i forgive and let go easily over and over-then id use im calm peacful and confident- in about a weeks time i was doing tons and tons better with all the stressors |
