has anybody out there ever had pain behind the shoulder blades with like a tingling/numbness/skin pain along with it?ive never really had back pain with my tms journey...this one is kinda weird though. if I lay just right my muscles in my shoulder blades go into as spasm, kinda like a charley horse. my skin on my back hurts to touch and is overly sensitive..someone talk me "off the ledge" :(

Hi Jaya,

Sorry to hear of your troubles. We don't generally discuss our particular symptoms on this forum as we are not doctors and thus are not in a position to make a definite TMS diagnosis. I hope you went to get your symptoms checked out by your doctor to rule out anything serious. If you believe your symptoms to be a TMS manifestation then I suggest you begin to concentrate on the underlying emotional issues which may be contributing to your symptoms. You may want to read this as a guide: http://tmswiki.wetpaint.com/page/So+You+Think+You+Might+Have+TMS

Please also refer to Ace1's (he is a physician) list of keys to healing: http://tmshelp.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=7765&whichpage=1

Warm regards,

Shawn
