Posted - 11/30/2012 : 01:32:05 Hi, I am a bit insecure about the subject of journaling: does journaling mean to journal, just like the intended thinking, only on psychological issues or about everything that's actually in my mind, even like "today that hurts and that hurts and that hurts "?
Thanks for advice!
Kind regards from Germany sends Birdie |

Posted - 11/30/2012 : 07:18:48 Thought Jot is what I call mine. I write whenever I am feeling anxious or an unpleasant emotion. I learned this from a mind body class I took online. I write whatever is on my mind, and this was hard at first because I was embarrassed that I was thinking or feeling what I was. If I am really pissed about my pain, I write about that with intensity but then I be sure to get behind the pain and journal about the emotions I am feeling or need to feel with it. I do not worry about grammar and just write out whatever is going through my mind. I do this for 10-15 minutes or just for 5 minutes during the day on my computer when I am feeling anxious. Then I go back and read later a weeks worth and I can get an idea of what needs to be worked on in my unconscious.
