I'm able to view this video at last, by viewing it in IE instead of Firefox.
I feel the same, Yoga alone can't help him reduce weight so much. |

I suspect he may have been doing other things also to obtain his weight loss. We only get a snippet of the full story. I hope he writes a book. I am not a yoga guy myself, but I am glad for those who find it relaxing and helpful in their path to wellness. |

I do Yoga, and was puzzled how this activity works with weight loss, as it is non-cardiovascular. This link from Web MD helps explain.

This moved me to tears. Thanks so much for sharing. How beautiful to show all the falling down and getting back up and what an amazing victory for this lovely man. His yoga teacher sounds like a gem too. |

Yoga rules,
This video shows the power of another person having faith in you when you don’t, and our need for human connection. All you need is a mat and a couple of blocks folks. Nice cats!

this video makes so much sense to me as a recovering tmser,ive healed in three months ,yes-but the journey is to always do better the next day or phase-im in the re-building of my physical body now thru exercise-i had to prove to myself i had this mental power-but after this proof which is a eye opener-im still on the journey to complete restoration-most of my strength went by bucket loads as i had my mind on the pain-now that i dont have that pain-my new perception is lookin in the mirror and saying how in the world did you get this out of shape-shapeing up physically -phase 2-i know im healed from the pain -im still traveling the rd though-never,never,never ....give up-its for life... |

Thanks for the video Shawn. It was very inspiring. Yep, our belief is incredibly powerful. Give it enough time it can work wonder. The Vatican should certify this as a miracle and ask him who did he prayed to.
