Hi Eric,

Did you delete a post yesterday, or is my TMS confusing me? If I remember it was about your past pain episodes and how you dealt with your recovery. It was a good post.

Thanks for asking Eric, very thoughtful of you. Took a mental-health day after working hard all week. Raining so no tennis and don't feel any withdrawals, happy with where my game is at. Saw a video clip of me playing with the Bryan Bros in a pro-am a few weeks ago and my serve looked pretty good for an old fat guy with a limp.

A couple of people remarked lately that I look like I've lost weight. That's helped my confidence since I'm at my highest in my life and haven't gotten on a scale for six months--maybe I'll see where it is now.

Ran in the pool for forty minutes and since it was raining had it all to myself--guess people were afraid of getting wet. Listened to music on my waterproof radio. Thought about SteveO's epiphany out of pain. Did twenty minutes of backstroke to stretch out. Sat in hot tub alone reading a page of SteveO. People started arriving--most people give me TMS. Nice day over all--gonna' take more TMS mental health days off.

Cheers
