Hi everyone,

Please let me know if I am posting too much on the forum, but lately, there have been multiple stories and podcasts that I thought would be meaningful and appropriate for the group.

This week, I discuss the effect of stress on our health, specifically as it relates to chronic pain and TMS/PPD:

http://www.thehealthymind.com/2012/11/08/stress-illness-how-thoughts-affect-our-health/

Almost all of the podcast is relevant to TMS/PPD, including the health news.

I hope you find the information worthwhile and helpful.

Kindly,
Dr. Zafirides

No sweat Doc, post away. No one's forced to read a post. Half the stuff I write here is just to practice my typing. At least it's in the record, maybe someone on a far-away planet will benefit someday.

Cheers
