Posted - 09/17/2012 : 12:07:09 You're having ups and downs for several reasons like, doubt, REM sleep, ongoing conflict, etc. This is all normal.
I noticed that every time I fell back hard that I reached another level of healing. So fall backs can be a good sign. Don't worry.
Are you doing the twice daily relaxation technique? Daily conscious breathing?
Calm the chatter in your head through a daily transparency like playing music. Take the focus off your body by doing something every day that is secondary in nature to you with no forethought. I play guitar and run, etc. Dr. Z has on his site a daydreaming article that fits nicely.
Everyone heals who sticks to it long enough and does the proper things to heal. You'll be fine, believe in yourself and imagine yourself free. You will soon begin to follow what you visualize so see yourself happy and healed. Imagine it first.

Posted - 09/17/2012 : 12:57:21 I would like to see the article on daydreaming. I tend to purposely daydream when I'm in a lot of pain. It helps tremendously. So, I would very much like to read the article, but I don't know what site you are referring to.
Thank you. Taylor |
