Yes, this is a tough one. I've been dealing with it on/off for over 2 1/2 years. I'm quite sure there is a very strong psychosomatic component because very often the symptoms occur or don't occur illogically, eg, I'll not do much of anything and it bothers me, then I'll run 15 miles and no problem for a couple of days afterwards! If it gives you any consolation, I've run three marathons with it and am training for a 4th. It's more of a nuisance than anything. I strongly feel the main reason it is not gone completely is because of the doubt (that it's TMS) that I can't yet relinquish.

I've been fighting off heal pain/TMS for the past year. It's better than it was, but I don't have it fully conqured yet. I'm in therapy now, so I'm hoping all of my TMS symptoms will eventually disappear. Good luck. I know how painful it is!

Hey Steve
No redness or any bruise type indicators

Thanks
