Now this is new. Hot feet. Of course it's been hot here in So. Calif lately and that might, just might have something to do with it. Uncomfortable. Comes and goes. Anyone ever have this? And what may work to help overcome this?

MB, it's absolutely a bonafide product! It was in fact on the cover of the most recent Brookstone catalog. Gratified to hear you have found a solution to your hot-feet TMS issue. Chalk another one up for the TMS board--hot feet cured through mind power, without imaging, meds or invasive surgery.

Cheers

Well here's something that may provide some symptomatic relief while the subconscious is reprogrammed if it's TMS, I've been thinking about getting one for my gf for her hot-flashes:

Weird, I have been dealing with this lately too. And sweating a little on the feet as well as hot. I've come to the conclusion it is TMS. The more anxious I get, the more it happens

The only similarity that I see is when I am angered or stressed that symptoms seem to appear. Why I believe much of this if not all is TMS, is that when one symptom is dominant, all or most of the others disappear. TMS. Well, it's worth for the fight. Best to you AVIK.

Ive had it and its downright annoying.
Mine started as hot and then a few weeks later they would turn cold and I could do nothing to warm them (including soaking them in hot water).

Its another TMS equivalent...just ignore it.

Can I ask you: have any other sysmptom either let up or completely vanished when or around this "warm feet" thng started?
Also, any unusually stressful/annoying/angering events occur at or around the onset of these symptoms?
