I have sort of settled into my routine of strange feelings lately. Unfortunately they haven't ceased, but i am learning to ignore them at times. My question is how common are feelings of tingling, pins and needles, and other neurological type sensations in TMS from others experience with the syndrome? At times my legs feel normal, at times they feel this way. i wouldn't say it is painful, rather irritating and scarey.

You have to ask yourself if you're happy. Look at your life. Is everything going forward like you want?

Always get a physical workup. Then you can relax and heal.

I do have fasciculations. They come and go. I have learned to live with the symptoms over the past 13 months and as such, my life has improved. I wish they would go away totally. As i have learned to cope with the symptoms mentally i find that they have gotten much better. it was never the physical pain that was the major problem, more the mental strain of wondering what it would lead to. There was some pain for sure, but not like many i have read about here. I just wish i could have a day where i didn't wonder what this could be? When i look at my life vs 12 months ago, i am in much better shape mentally and physically. I just wish i could let go of it totally and could not think about what it might be.

It's extremely common to have tingling and odd sensations. But are you under great tension now? What's going on in your life right now?

Do you have fasciculation?

Steve
