I sent you an e-mail but am not sure you got it. Welcome to the TMS forum! I saw Tennis Tom's post to you and looked under Help and Suggestions to read it. Find one of the dizziness threads we have (there are a few now) and post on there and it will bring it up to the top of the forum. Then, all the fellow dizzy TMS folks, like myself, can talk to you and offer support and suggestions. Also, Dizzy Dave started a TMS questionnaire that you might want to look at and try to answer.
I've had dizziness for nearly three years and started the first post on this last year. Since then, a whole slew of others have come on board and I have learned so much from everyone. Gina, Hilary, Anne, and Dave are a few of them. Carol has beat the dizziness problem, which you may have already read. You can beat it too. Dizzy Dave has had dizziness for 20 years. Recently, he had 10 days without dizziness. That's HUGE!!!!!
You've had the MRI's and all the other fun tests that the docs put you through and you know they can't find anything wrong with you. It literally is "all in your head" with this dizziness problem. My stomach has been acting up (ulcer type symptoms and IBS) and when those problems started flaring up my dizziness abated. Now, my stomach is a bit better and I've noticed more dizziness. It's a vicious cycle but it can be gotten rid of, we know that!
Read your books (as best as you can with the room spinning around) and force yourself to do the things that make you dizzy. Tell yourself there is nothing wrong with you. Journal your feelings, and spend some time on this board talking to myself and others. It definitely helps.
