As a catharsis for myself, and perhaps as a cautionary tale to others, here is a list of things I have tried over the past several years. Acupuncture (several practitioners). Qi gong. Chiropractic (several). Physical therapy (several). Myofascial release. "Regular" massage. Neuromuscular therapy. Orthopedists. Physiatrists. A pain specialist. A posture expert. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Matrix Energetics.

If I dug deep, I probably would recall others. I am slowly learning the obvious lesson of all this.
