My lower back pain went away and sciatica mostly gone and in its place a itch right at my lower back at base of spine.

I have my regular checkup next week with internist so I will mention it to her in case it is physical but I think it is TMS moving to a new thing.

I have had the itch for the past month or more but until it's lasted so long I just thought it was clothes, heat, etc.

Very likely so. 99 percent. TMS does, and often will, move around. Stop worrying about it and dollars to donuts it disappears forthwith :-)
