Hi,

Does anybody else here have this? When I feel the pain of a sneeze or cough, should I think psychologically along the lines of "this is simply tight/oxygen deprived tissue from my unconscious, this is TMS and not serious."

The pain I have is very real and sharp, so I avoid making it happen. And yet you have to go about normal life and "feel" the pain to have this dialog.

Is this correct?

Thanks,

CaliBack

See a doctor ASAP!

If nothing is wrong, stop fearing the sneezing and coughing..they are tricks.

______________

The pain is real! The cause...well, that's complicated. ;)
