I have been having my normal sensory issues as usual but other stuff seems to have gotten more difficult. I have consistant low back pain. I have noticed recently that my back gets this weak tired feeling and walking and standing upright feels very difficult. Do others experience this with tms? My biggest hurdle in all of this being a mental or emotional based problem. I really want to know if others have experienced this and if it is common with this stuff. I have a host of other stuff like muscle twitching all over, thumbs that go off like little machine guns, jaw tightness and so on. Any info would be very much appreciated.

does all this stuff seem to fit tms? after 1.5 years i'm very much ready to work toward getting better. I know acceptance is a big issue for me.

Yes, a localized weak, tired feeling is definitely a symptom. I assume it's a result of inadequate blood flow and oxygenination with that region. That's one that I still experience at times.
