The exzcema around my eyes is gone. I'd had it about a year, and it took about 3 weeks to clear up from the time I "decided" it was a TMS equivalent to leaving altogether.

I basically just decided that I wouldn't pay it any attention whatsoever: I wouldn't look at it, examine it closely in the mirror, scratch it or spend any time being bothered by it at all. I also decided to wear eye make-up again, which I'd stopped doing over the last year because I was worried I was inflaming the skin around my eyes. I just threw all caution to the wind and decided not to give that area any more 'special treatment'. I acted as if it was absolutely fine, and 3 weeks later it is.

I'm still more than a little shocked. Despite my belief in TMS theory, I can hardly believe that after all the discomfort it's given me, and the various creams and treatments I've applied in vain over the last months, this thing has just vanished purely because of my change in attitude!

Thanks, Tunza and Logan. Logan, do try the TMS method. Pay your exzema absolutely no attention. I was quite amazed at how successfully this worked for me!

That is cool! I have been pain free for a couple of years and it was about that time that I got a little patch of "exzema" on my right arm.

I think I've conditioned myself to expect it during the winter and to expect it to leave once summer rolls around.

I'm gonna try your method and see if it will go away sooner though.

Congrats!

That's wonderful Hilary. It really is an amazing feeling when you can see a direct result like that, isn't it. It's that kind of thing that you need to celebrate and use as a confidence-builder for the things that restrict your life (like your dizziness?).

Keep up the good work!

Kat
