I just called his office. No more appointments after April 25th and plus, you must live in NYC to see him. Dang!

Thank you for doing this! I stumbled upon this forum by accident today. Great timing! I have been back pain free for over twenty years and have thought about thanking Dr Sarno for a long time. I never saw Dr Sarno and initially I didn't even buy his book! (my sister gave me a xerox copy of Mind Over Backpain) and yet this man was responsible for a huge change in my life. He transformed me from a near-invalid to my normal active healthy self, and he never even knew it! So I really appreciate the opportunity to say a long overdue "thank you" to Dr Sarno for changing my life for the better. (email sent)

20 years backpain-free Thank you Dr Sarno!

A photo book is being created for Dr. Sarno and will be given to him on his retirement day. We've begun working on it and it's very nice.
If you'd like to send a letter and/or photo with your letter to Dr. Sarno we'll be sure to include it in the book. There's 3.5 weeks until the deadline for you letters and photos to be submitted.
Let's make this book awesome for him to show our appreciation to him!!

Here's the link to do this.

There are few people I have more respect for than Dr. Sarno. He had the courage to speak the truth over a long period of time when the entire medical establishment surrounding chronic pain was (and still is) on the opposite side of the fence.

I can only hope that more practitioners will continue his legacy so that the concept of TMS will be available to those suffering from debilitating, misdiagnosed pain in the future.

Thank you Dr. Sarno for doing the good work !

If you are in the tri-state area, according to TDM, you can see Dr. Sarno's understudy Dr. Ira Rashbaum who has been working side-by-side for almost 20 years.

Her sure has. His books are a gift and I wish him the very best in his retirement. Howard Stern calls him a Saint, and I agree!

He's gone 25 years past typical retirement age, so I guess he's earned it
