Yes, that's right, every day. I purchased his audiobook, "The Mindbody Prescription" and I listen to it daily. I'm an artist and I love painting whilst listening to his great words. So relaxing and I get to kill to birds with one stone. I figure the positive words get stuck in there. Anyone else enjoy his audiobook?

Take that, brain!

Actually, the audiobook that I was referring to was "Healing Back Pain"

I bought my copy on iTunes.

Amazon sends you to a audio site to buy it. They own the audio site, I used my amazon passwords to sign up.

I have the book, but I don't see any audio version on Amazon. Yes, for "Healing Back Pain" but not for "Mindbody RX."

Marla, it's simply amazing. The concepts are so digestible yet Dr. Sarno supports them with thorough clinical examples (spanning decades) supported with detailed research that you just wonder why everyone with any kind of pain or stress is not on board with the true nature of TMS.

You'll not regret the audiobook! I swear I think I've memorized chunks of the book already.

I wanted to get that one on audio book also. One of the audio sites has a free 30 trial and you get to keep the book so I got it today. Can't wait to listen.

My husband even said he would listen with me. He won't read self help books but audio he will listen to....

The audiobook is invaluable. I drive with it playing whenever I get TMS pain. The combination of Dr. Sarno's instruction and his soothing voice eventually does the trick. Accept and wait out the pain, think psychological, and listen to the Good Doctor when things are rough. He will pull you through.

Absolutely. Have both audiobooks and regularly listen to his YouTube vids.

He's a pioneer, plain and simple.
