I have been practicing Qigong in the past weeks and I feel amazing! It's a wonderful, "moving meditation" that makes you feel really energized, positive and relaxed. For those who are trying to find a nice meditation to avert the black box away from TMS pain and anxiety, I recommend this very ancient Chinese method of balancing energy meridians. You're pretty busy moving in a specific, fluid and mindful way that your mind is busy concentrating and it has wonderful healing benefits. I dare you to try and I'll bet you won't even think about TMS while doing it.

I think Dr. Sarno would approve. Just my 2 cents!
