Posted - 01/14/2012 : 20:20:23 Has anybody experienced chronic heel pain ? I have had continuous heel pain over the past several months. Sarno describes it as a TMS equivalent and one that may take a while to heal.......... Love to hear your experience. |

Posted - 01/15/2012 : 11:53:28 I have had pf off/on for almost two years and more and more I am thinking it is tms. If I baby it it may or may not get better for awhile. If I run like crazy, it may or may not get better. The kind of shoes or lack of shoes...trying to find the culprit is an exercise in futility. I find that it doesn't get any worse if I run all I want. I have a marathon next month. |

Posted - 01/15/2012 : 08:39:56 Thanks for the suggestion........... one post refereed to males over 50 as more sustainable to PF. I'm well over 50. That it itself brings up some unconscious rage .... Wonder if other males over 50 have similar feelings and manifest TMS in all kinds of other forms. The fact that my PF comes and goes in varying degrees of pain leads me to believe it is TMS. |
