are they ok?
like, i just read about coconut oil being good for something ...
i think it is a superfood myself
but it is also a healing agent of all kinds
just one example
is it okay to take vitamins etc to address issues?
or is the distinctiont taking them for health vs for fixing symptoms?

If you are taking supplements to help with TMS then it will not work. Your mind will be getting a mixed message and it will carry on playing its game. Make sure that you 100% certain that you are taking vits for a different reason and then it should be OK.

BTW – I take vitamins on advice of my GP for an underlying health problem which I know is not TMS otherwise I would not be taking them.
