There's a good book on nasal breathing, "Body, Mind and Sport", by Douillard :

I cured mine through running but only breathing through my nose. I could do 10km in 37 minutes (just breathing through my nose). I realised you don't need that much air to live/excercise.

I don't even know where my inhaler is anymore. It's around somewhere.

I moved on to more scarier TMS after that. Maybe it's sometimes good to have a small TMS crutch.

My girlfriend has overcome asthma after learning about TMS through me. She uses her inhaler only on very rare occasions when she's very stressed and understands it's due to TMS.

She also has excercise induced asthma. Asthma is something which I have had. I couldn't go to sleep without taking a puff of my inhaler.

Probably TMS like some other syndromes that are mis-dx'ed as Chronic Fatigue, Lymes and Fibro.
