Posted - 12/24/2011 : 00:20:11 I cured mine through running but only breathing through my nose. I could do 10km in 37 minutes (just breathing through my nose). I realised you don't need that much air to live/excercise.
I don't even know where my inhaler is anymore. It's around somewhere.
I moved on to more scarier TMS after that. Maybe it's sometimes good to have a small TMS crutch. |

Posted - 12/23/2011 : 23:04:01 My girlfriend has overcome asthma after learning about TMS through me. She uses her inhaler only on very rare occasions when she's very stressed and understands it's due to TMS. |

Posted - 12/23/2011 : 20:08:16 She also has excercise induced asthma. Asthma is something which I have had. I couldn't go to sleep without taking a puff of my inhaler. |
