-Forget about your pain and anxiety -always move forward -don't read the internet -don't fear it because living with TMS/anxiety is worse than death anyway -fearing TMS/anxiety causes TMS remove the fear = no TMS -get up in the morning and get on with your life
The last few days I had felt like I had a heart problem, then I noticed skin problems, the I thought I was going to have a panic attack then felt guilty about eating some unhealthy food. Thought I looked ugly in the mirror. Felt guilty about not seeing my mum
Anyway I just totally ignored these things and thought it is better to not give a flying **** and die than go through this stuff all day.
I feel better

Posted - 10/30/2011 : 21:12:16 I'm very glad you feel better. I'm very flatter but please don't call it "advice". I am far from qualify to give any advice on anything. I can't even afford to stay at Holiday Inn Express.
I hated tms. I hated anxiety & panic, I hated all mindbody illness. They robbed me years of my life. So when I got well and back to normal I just want to share my personal experience with everyone. I chose to share it on the net because I can remain anonimous and people can choose to read or not read what I share. I don't share it in real life unless someone asked me or when I see someone in obvious pain by tms. Because I found that in real life some people just got offended when you offer help on tms/anxiety. I guessed there is still a stigma attached to all these mindbody illness.
