Posted - 10/22/2011 : 10:05:19 I thought this anecdote might illustrate and amuse you guys.
I have a clicking in my right hip, and pain there too. So I went to see my doctor about it. He showed me the actual clicking was in my knee, where the ITB passes over the end of the femur, and I perhaps feel the click resonate in my femur.
The pain in hip magically goes, and after googling about ITB syndrome, a few days later appears in my knee.

and so hard to beat. When I got on top of my TMS (anxiety) I had started to fill every ounce of my time with mountain biking, surfing, bike racing, running, deadlifts. My back went out then, so I couldn't do these things! back to anxiety.
My subconcious is stronger than me concious.
