It is an invaluable resource - especially when symptoms flare up and you start thinking physical. Haven't heard the audio on DM. I do think that the HBP audio has it all - all of the basics that need repeating. |

Ive read all of his books...actually looking for audiobook recos. Was wondering if the DM is worth getting in audio version after having already purchased Healing Back Pain in audio. |

For me The Divided Mind is not as easy of a read. |
