Posted - 09/01/2011 : 09:44:19 Was it just me, or did anyone else find it impossible to access the forum a few weeks ago? It went on for 3 or 4 days so I assumed it had something to do with the site...
But I still have trouble occasionally.
Anyone else? |

Posted - 09/04/2011 : 11:12:27 Dave, I agree with Balto. A "tip jar" certainly wouldn't be out of line. There's no reason you shouldn't share the burden among those who are benefiting. |

Posted - 09/04/2011 : 11:10:59 Problem with Google ads is they are too "smart" and adapt to the content of the website. On this site, we would be bombarded with miracle cures for chronic back pain that are completely contradictory to the entire concept of TMS.
So far I have not considered advertising or donations, but this may change down the road if more work is needed to keep the site going. |

Posted - 09/03/2011 : 12:50:16 this is a very helpful forum for lots of people. Maybe you should think about taking donation from members or doing some google ads. I wish I know about this forum years ago. Thanks for keeping it running. |

Posted - 09/03/2011 : 10:37:06 We had a temporary outage as the domain expired but it is fixed now.
I run this site with my own money and free time, and hope to continue doing so for the foreseeable future.
At some point the forum will probably require an upgrade as the database continues to grow, but I'm hoping this site will survive a bit longer as is... |

Posted - 09/01/2011 : 11:34:08 Yes, it seemed to be down for a few days. I emailed Dave and I assume he took care of the glitch. Thanks for keeping the board alive Dave, it's greatly appreciated!
