Posted - 08/12/2011 : 19:00:10 Hi everybody! I was sooo lucky to learn about TMS!!!! I had 3 bad years with severe RSI & CTS. After making the leap of faith a month ago (it was hard - I had a concerned MRI) I have only mild numbness every now and then. Yeah! I want to try it with my anxiety now with dizziness (it has been worse with the RSI of course). But what would be the approach??? Any success stories? What are some good affirmations??? I am sure that continuing Journaling is a good idea.

Posted - 08/14/2011 : 07:28:56 I found the book: "hope and help for your nerve" by doctor Claire Weekes very helpful in dealing with Panic and anxiety symptoms. It "cured" me. Goodluck and welcome to the forum. |

Reduce fear and worry, your dizziness will abate. Of course your anxiety will as well by definition.
If you have severe anxiety, which Sarno views as a "TMS equivalent," you might consider some short term, goal oriented therapy...
