have heard it can be rough on even the avid gym rat but my God...everywhere I can bend hurts...and its caused my piriformis and anus to hurt more...and also the crease from my leg to my butt. I am sure this is just getting back into the gym? I still cannot shake the prostatitis either...relaxing does NOT make it go away...going full force in life does not make it go away...

It hurts to sit and my whole body feels sometimes like it is being pulled (chronically tight) I am 27 and some days I just feel like I am falling apart.

Any thoughts?

Hi Whoaday,

I'm relatively new to this forum and am on the journey myself but it sounds like (maybe?) you're pushing yourself too hard right now. Just a thought. Pushing yourself is a kind of stress too, and smacks of perfectionism. I think most of us have been there to one degree or another.

Good luck, and I hope you start to feel better.
