Hi, all...

Someone named rdgray just posted an essay that I you might find interesting. Here's the link:
What Helped Me The Most, by rdgray

It's one guy's take on the classic Sarno wisdom, very much based on those great books, but talking about how he successfully applied the ideas. Those ideas take a long time to sink in, so the more reinforcement the better!

Bottom line: rdgray reports that his understanding of his experience is evolving, but that his approach has allowed him "to achieve a 99% recovery and fend off any setbacks."

I hope you enjoy it,

Forest
My favorite TMS Wiki pages: How do I journal?, Affirmations, Sarno on 20/20, Find a TMS Doc.

Very interesting and worth reading. I could really relate to his "Something is fishy about my RSI". They were very similar to reasons I became suspicious of my pain. The way he recovered reminded of Fred Amir's book, where you sort of challenge the pain and then reward yourself with a treat.
