My eight year old grandson has had acid reflux for a few years. The parents have met with doctors who have ruled out some diagnoses and have offered some options to try. He is enthusiastically involved in several activities and has experienced his parents' divorce. His parents have an amicable relationship and cooperate on the issues of shared custody. How would one approach a discussion of TMS with a child?
