does anyone here feel like they have morning asthma and it disappears like 2 hours after you wake up and get to work. Not sure is it anxiety, tms or ocd but seems like it when I have to wake up too early this happens. I also have been getting constipated again even though I take metamucil daily, but I also just started new job so that might cause a type of stress tms
Any thoughts ??

Yes, conditioning, but probably also general anxiety in my case. Definite pattern. Very predictable. Mornings almost always a symptom or two, which quickly improves once I walk out the door. Late nights are the best. Usually I feel so good that I can't quite believe that 8 hours later I could feel so bad.

i agree w/ the conditioning ie my symptoms: upon awakening -neck/back ache mid day: low grade headache-eye floaters galore!
toward the time to leave work: flatulence, ibs type symptoms, pressure behind eyes, eye floaters and eye flasher-bedtime: frequent urination, prostatitis symptoms, ocd gets worse, then we get up 5 times at night to pee, then we wake up and start the process over-5 years strong-theres a few more symptoms in between-too many to list

When symptoms happen at the same time every day, it can be an example of conditioning which is a critical concept in TMS.

Some people wake up with back pain but they are fine as the day wears on. Some people wake up fine and develop back pain as the day wears on. The mind is playing tricks on us, giving us the exact symptoms we expect at the times we expect them.

Starting a new job is a very stressful experience. Try to focus on your deep rooted feelings about that, rather than paying any attention to the symptoms.
