Basically a simple question. .. I've had a few good weeks where my pain reduced only to have an argument with a friend and for the past two days the pains got worse. .. obviously from the anger and upset... how do I deal with This as a set back. . I've tried journally do I just challenge the pain... I.e go to the gym? Any tips... I thought I was doing so well: (

This to shall pass....

You are learning to deal with the stress by recognizing the mindbody connection between your pain and the argument with your friend--TMS is the volume control for the pain.

In the past, prior to acquiring TMS Knowledge Penicilllin injections, you would have repressed/suppressed your anger, building up your rage reservoir. You are now facing it more head-on.

It's taken your mindbody maybe all your life to create thought patterns that create TMS pain. These subconscious patterns won't change overnight. Stay with the program and it will work faster as you practice it more.

I think your signature "This too shall pass". answers the question. Conflict will never be eliminated from our lives; it's how we deal with it that matters.

I used to -- and still do-- ruminate and smolder over things I shouldn't. Getting better at saying "F-it", though.
