Very quickly, I've been journaling and keeping details about any changes that occur in my body and after journaling about a couple things I developed some really bad lower back pain and my old sciatica came back reallly bad. That was about a week ago. I'm just curious, what is the time span post journaling about something that a new symptom appears?

I wouldn't link journaling to pain, myself, or be too concerned with time spans. It's all so individual and you could accidentally condition yourself to think either journaling should give you instant relief or it will take this amount of time to work. Sometimes after journaling I have instant relief, other times I stay stuck for awhile. There are lots of tools available besides journaling. I personally have found meditation to be very helpful. Also finding something enjoyable to do can give me quick relief.

take good care,
Sue
