Ok so this past two weeks I've been having extreme fatique which over just got unbeareable, could barely lift my head off the pillow kinda fatique, and I've been having irregular hearts, kind of like its skipping a couple of beats then catching up again, but it leaves me breathless and like I'm struggling for air, this can be just when I'm sitting down so its not from movement, I.e walking up stairs and getting a bit puffed... last night was a bad night I felt like my chest was tightening, as though I had someone sitting on my chest.
Because of the tiredness I looked at anemia and b12 defiency and that to can have heart irregular and shortness of breathe... if I go for blood test and it comes back as anemia is it wise to take iron etc... or could this be a tms thing? I have been doing a lot of sarno work this week... the back pain seemed less yestarday but I do get some better days, but can yoj still have your original pain and get new ones on top? Hb

B12 shots ROCK!

Love is the answer, whatever the question

I'd make sure to rule out physical causes on the cardiac, breathless stuff. Skipped beats are usually no big deal and the breathlessness is probably just anxiety, but the first rule around here is to consult a physician.

Yes, of course, take the vits / minerals if that's what the results show you need.

When I was recovering from my RSI I got a whole host of minor things come up and it was a bit overwhelming, but I got there in the end, as will you.
