I jouirnal twice a day.
In the morning I do free writing, which I find is best to do in the morning. I do this for about 20 minutes.
I also journal in the evening for about 30 minutes; I write about specific topic.

Also, I read Sarnos books over and over again...every night I do about 20 minutes of reading (am also reading the power of Now) and, I listen to the audiobook of Healing Back Pain as well. I cycle through the writings of Sarno, Shechter and Shubiner.
I am slowing down now as ive been doing this for nearly two straight months and have been getting better.

Finally, I force myself to do at least one physical activity a day. Now I am back in the gym but at the beginning it was a simple as just forcing myself to walk around the block each morning.
