I actually found a site on line with a bunch of people experiencing the same thing, going to doctors and no one can find anything wrong. I am wondering if this is tms equivalent?> I'm not sure what to do. |

Posted - 10/16/2010 : 02:49:35 I had a similar problem on my right foot near the heel. I just ignored it as I had other foot pains and symptoms that were worse. Didn't really know about TMS during much of that period. It eventually went away. I wondered if it had something to do with orthotics I was wearing at the time, although I always wore socks but maybe there was a pressure point on a certain area. Don't know for sure. I would think that it could have been a TMS symptom equivalent as yours could be. |

Posted - 10/15/2010 : 17:59:48 I have had that problem off & on with one particular foot for the last five or six years & despite my five years of extensive reading of TMS I have never considered it being a mind body disorder until your post. I wondered why it would stay with me for such long periods of time. I even took antibiotics on the first encounter which didn't help. Mine was in the arch area.

I get loads of weird symptoms. You just have to either laugh it or tell it firmly that you know what's causing it. A bit like the headache I had threatening this morning - it hasn't troubled me since.
