my symptoms this past month have been,
eye floaters
eye flashers
dry eyes
red, irritated sinuses
mild ibs
very noisy stomach
bad flatulence
canker sores
muscle twitching on arms
shooting pain down legs
abdominal pain with a full bladder-relieved after urinating
mild right testicular pain
weird poison ivy-like skin rashes

can these really be all tms equivalents??
one right after another like this?
im pretty down....

I just had a HUGE battery of tests for my symptoms, and one of the results was low vitamin D. My doc explained that it's a very important result, because many other physical processes can't work without it. She explained what several of them were, and I could see how all that would have at least increased my tendency towards pain (I've been having intense so-called "fibromyalgia"). She said it wasn't insignificant at all, and prescribed an oral form of D that gets into the body fast. She said she has seen very big changes in people once this got resolved.

I was also just reading an article about a lot of research that seems to show that a lot of physical problems are caused by a lack of sunlight, which our modern lifestyle brings on, and how important it is to get 15-20 minutes a day, and not to be sun-phobic.

Personally, I'm open to other approaches in addition to the TMS approach, especially when it's about how modern civilization can throw the body off its game. How could it not?

So hopefully, this might be reassuring!

Love is the answer, whatever the question

Jaya,
the more upset you get by your symptoms the more you will focus on them......which is exactly what TMS is about. Focus on the symptoms and not the emotions....right?

If it concerns you get it checked out and then relax and just accept it.

I get Iritus....inflammation of the Iris. In the past my eye has gone beetroot red and it's very painful. I've even had to get a needle directly into my eyeball once.....it's a serious condition that can send one blind if not treated.

Got a flare up recently.......funny thing is when my eye was bad I was sleeping really well....without backpain.

The doctors tell me I have a gene that predisposes me to the condition.....but people get it without the gene. I remember being stressed not long ago and got the eye flare up.

I say a big bullsh*t to them doctors.........it's %100 TMS at work here. I used to get stressed by it....now I really don't care cause I know it's a TMS symptom. Just treat it and don't worry about it.....keeping doing the work.

Stop being down and I dare say your symptoms will ease......try it and see.

Seems very plausible, if not likely, the rest is psychosomatic as well, especially if you've been checked out.

The sheer number of symptoms is suspicious. At the same time, you have to start by ruling out anything physical.. Have you seen a physician at all?

If it were me, I'd be concerned about the eye stuff. Have you had any sort of injury? A torn retina can cause most of those. Flashes are usually something you want checked out.
