Hi, I'm from Bulgaria, I use Google Translation, pardon me if errors!
In Bulgaria there is only the book Healing Back Pain: The Mind-Body Connection, by John Sarno, bought it and I read in one breath. Search PDF in The Mindbody Prescription: Healing the Body, Healing the Pain, by John Sarno, The Divided Mind: The Epidemic of Mindbody Disorders, so I can translate them with any online translator to read them!
If anyone can help with pdf on these books I would be very grateful!

Briefly, my story -
I have back pain for 5-6 years. I went to physical therapy 1 time during that time.
This year the pain became more intense, a few months ago me down on the bed. I spent 15 days of injection of anti-inflammatory. I received a mild paresis of the left leg, numbness and severe pain. From anti-inflammatory pain hushing bit, but stayed with numbness and paresthesia. Exposed disc hernia L4-L5, L3-L4 and L5-S1. Accidentally came across a man who said he got dislocated fifth and sixth vertebrae - and quickly adjust them! And miraculously the pain and numbness disappeared almost entirely, gradually recovering and paresis. Then I came across Sarno and now to go even better!

Hi kekek,

One week isn't very long, so it's good that you've seen a difference already. If the pain is moving around then it's also a good sign.

When reading Dr Sarno's book you can get the impression that recovery should be immediate, but it's different for everyone. For me, full recovery took 6 months.

quote:
Bewildered by how everything has ever written a single information / to inaned / and no man is to be intrigued by it / but me.

TMS is a radical idea and not many people are prepared to accept it.

Don't worry too much about getting the books. There's plenty of useful information on this forum and on the wiki for you to translate.

Have you read any of the Success Stories? What is your symptom? Is it back pain or leg pain or something else?
http://tmswiki.wetpaint.com/page/Back+Pain
http://tmswiki.wetpaint.com/page/Leg+Pain
http://tmswiki.wetpaint.com/page/Sciatica

This page lists many different symptoms - maybe you can find your symptom on there:
http://tmswiki.wetpaint.com/page/Specific+Symptoms+%26+Diagnoses

It's good to keep re-reading Healing Back Pain as well - especially the 12 Daily Reminders.

There's another TMS person who taught himself English via the Internet and now speaks good English. Maybe you could do the same? Of course, it would take a long time, but it would probably be worthwhile in the end.

As I will rabvam any assistance with books to read, because we had nothing to TMS. Bewildered by how everything has ever written a single information / to inaned / and no man is to be intrigued by it / but me. For me perhaps too early for results - read the book Healing Back Pain week ago and already the pain started to move in the other leg, I had a little toothache, fever now! Maybe it works?

I'm glad inaned posted on the forum.

I'm not sure if it's clear, but the reason I gave you the links is because there is a lot of information about TMS there, and you could translate them with Google translator. I know you can't translate the videos, but there is a lot of written information there.

Look at this page, too:

I hope inaned contacts you. I've tried to email her as well.

If she doesn't contact you, send me an email. I have a Bulgarian friend here in England and maybe she could help.

Most sincerely doubt find a psychotherapist who believe in mind-body connection!
This is Bulgaria! Treated me 20 days in hospital systems and injections without success. Accidentally came across a man who said he got shuffled fourth and fifth vertebra do manual therapy and pain almost disappeared. Continued to search - and came across a post on the forum in Bulgarian inaned there ever realized to TNS. I think indicative of how it is known in Balariya would say - I read everything Cotto concerns disc herniation in the Bulgarian forums sites - and a single post of TNS inaned!
Psychotherapist will find - to straighten myself - so I'm grateful for any help books! / As far as I knew what to write, because I do not speak englishi /

Dr Sarno says that you don't necessarily have to know which repressed emotion is the cause of your pain, just to recognise the process which creates it.

But if you want to go further then ideally you'd need to see a psychotherapist (ideally one who believes in the mindbody connection).

I know that isn't always possible, though.

Thank you! I sent her a message, hopefully get back! Examining the links, my problem is that these books will issued in Bulgarian, but I can translate them with just one example, online translator! I want to know whether there nyakyakva methodology or steps which determine the reasons for the suppression of tension!
