Posted - 07/22/2010 : 21:09:09 I finally got around to looking up the location of the witch doctor mentioned in "HEALING BACK PAIN" for you. The story appears on pages 166-167, under the title 'Witch Doctor'. He is in the South American country of Surinam, 40 miles into the jungle. The ceremonies start at midnight and last four hours; bring a chicken and get your shots.
Cheers and good luck!
