Whats up people, long time no see,

heres a fun read for ya when ya got a little time on your hands. I've retaken up fitness again and here is a little diddy I threw on a thread over at bodybuilding - dot com. For years I threw out Sarno's name over there in bits and peices when someone complained of pain, but this time someone bit and I got a little carried away lol. Enjoy. I'm "chickeneater" over there.

So this poor kid who's completely pain free, goes with his girlfriend to her chiro visit, and the chiro lets him know that his posture is a little off, and sends "him" for x-rays. And I think you can write the rest of the story.

And yes, I stole the "never ask a barber for a haircut" line from tennis tom.
