Hi, all!

There's a great new wiki page up filled with free in-depth tips about how to journal. Journaling is one of the most important parts of any treatment plan for TMS, and this page has a wide variety of tips that you can use to help you get to the root of the matter and overcome your pain:
http://tmswiki.wetpaint.com/page/How+do+I+journal%3F
More tips can be found here:
http://tmswiki.wetpaint.com/thread/3937602/Personal+recommendations+for+journaling+techniques....

We're always very eager to make the best information available that we can, and always completely free. You can help us in this by giving us feedback on the page and letting us know if there is anything you think we need to add...

Thanks!

Forrest - this is really good. There's a lot of ambiguity surrounding journaling and I think this clears a lot of that up. The tips are also well thought out and clear.

Great work!
