Hey Basil, glad to hear you are feeling better and have found a solution that works for you.

I am not sure where I stand on the whole anxiety thing as I haven't researched it but I don't see myself as an anxious person.
I had back pain, I recognised it for what it was, I understood that fear and conditioning were perpetuating it and worked on those two aspects as well as not trying to please people any more and looking after me. The back pain went and I have not suffered from any symptom imperitive. I take meds from time to time if I need them.

Different things work for different people.
