I woke up this morning with this unbelievable calf pain only on the left leg. Right leg is fine. Feels like I ran a marathon in my left calf only. I did not do any weird activities or new exercises. In fact yesterday was my day of rest. It came out of nowhere upon waking today. Has anyone had this as a TMS equivalent?

I have had the same symptom in my left calf also. The pain lasted a few weeks and was extremely severe. I could barely walk. The pain vanished as quickly as it appeared.
I did not seek medical advice but have been told that calf pain could be a sign of a blood clot so it would be a good idea to rule that out.
