Posted - 11/06/2009 : 10:52:29 Hi, Im new, Ive read J Sarno healing back pain, twice, and I am feeling the best I have for years. However, the back pain has gone, but I have developed 'ringing of the ears', tension head aches and pain in the buttocks.
Is this normal? I can understand the buttocks and head aches, but the ringing noises are quite intense, has anyone experienced the same? any suggestions?
Any feedback will be appreicated. Thank you, Lee |

Posted - 11/06/2009 : 14:04:18 It is not unusual to experience new symptoms, especially those you have read about in the book. The unconscious mind is "upping the ante" and attempting to find new distractions that you will consider as real physical problems, since you blew the cover on its back pain trick.
