Posted - 01/10/2005 : 18:20:58 I found a website that has 3 of Dr. Sarno's interviews on it. Go to: http://www.consciousdreaming.com/lucid-dreaming/lucid-dream-and-dreaming-multimedia-links.htm
and scroll down to where you see Dr.Sarno listed. There are three interviews: "How to Heal a Back and Body", "Sarno on 20/20", and "Sarno on Rosie O'Donnell". You have to have RealPlayer to see them but you can download it. (Warning: the quality of the visuals is pretty poor especially on the Rosie interview).
I hadn't seen the first interview before. There wasn't any new info but I still found it good for reinforcement of key principles.

I agree, Barbara Walters' statement at the end was unnecessary. |

Posted - 01/14/2005 : 07:21:42 I have the 20/20 tape copys to lend out to people,as I find it very usefull to introduce people to tms, with a popular persolality, like John Stossell. At the end of the tape I erase that assinine statment made by Barbara Walters.I was a very stupid thing to say after all the explaining by Stossel. |

I love it!!

Posted - 01/13/2005 : 09:36:15 That lady's ankle reminds me of last night. Before I went to sleep last night (a little before 11:00), I told my mind that it isn't going to wake me up at 3:00 a.m. with back spasms. I woke up at 3:00 and my back felt pretty good, but my right ankle (the outer part), which as far as I can remember has never hurt me before, hurt really bad. It was sensitive when I touched it. I figured that it's probably TMS, and in a short while the pain went away. Whether it did so because I identified it as TMS, or just simply got better, I don't know. Whatever the case, the only logical cause that can be attributed to it, since it never happened before and was so short lived, is TMS. My back did wake me up a little after 5:00, but at least ways I got enough sleep. In a way waking up early is a good thing, because it gives me time to read and think about TMS related issues before I go to work.

Sorry about that. I got a little carried away there and journaled.

Posted - 01/13/2005 : 08:13:28 Mala, I was thinking the same thing about Stossel's brother. Mr. Science just isn't willing to accept things himself cause there is no scientific proof. Well didn't they go through Sarno's records and then contact those patients at random and every single patient benefited from Sarno, what more proof do you need. Another thing that I thought of was at the end Barbara Walters even shared that she got back spasms. But what did she say, she was sticking with her good ole exercises. Just goes to show you that you gotta be ready to except this. |

Posted - 01/12/2005 : 20:10:55 Yes thank you LJJ for that link. I had heard the audio versions of those videos but the whole package with the visual images has such a greater impact on the mind.
2scoops you mentioned how John Stossel got better. What amazed me was how his brother who is a doctor himself and also has back pain refuses to have anything to do with Sarno. This is after his own brother told him he has been cured. It is this type of close mindedness in the medical community that is frustrating and which is holding people hostage to their pain.

Posted - 01/12/2005 : 18:30:12 Thank you so much for posting that. I knew Sarno was on 20/20 and I wanted to see it and finally have. I want so many people to see that video and to see that Mr. Critic himself Stossel got better. And to see a woman that could hardly walk, running and jumping around. If that doesn't open people's eyes, than what would? |
